    I started Rising Tide Lacrosse because I believe the game has the power to shape lives far beyond the field. As a young athlete, I was fortunate to have coaches, mentors, and teammates who opened doors and created opportunities that helped shape who I am today, including my incredible cofounders. Our goal is to provide that same opportunity for the next generation by creating a positive, competitive, and community-driven environment where athletes can learn, compete, have fun, and build meaningful connections that last long after their playing days are over.

      I began my lacrosse journey when I was in 5th grade and could hardly catch a ball but I could run. I developed a passion for the game because when I was younger, I was quite the introvert with a hearing deficit, but through sports, especially lacrosse, I flourished and overcame many challenges. Through lacrosse, I became a more dedicated, determined, confident yet humble young woman. I practiced hard and was fortunate to play on many upstate New York travel teams and attend many invitational tournaments and showcases  all while gaining experience and learning life lessons. I met many amazing people, teammates and coaches during this journey.  I now wish to continue to mentor and teach a new generation of girls how to be strong young women while being good teammates, focusing on lacrosse and life skills.

    Growing up on Cape Cod, I didn’t start playing lacrosse until high school. To compete at a high level, I had to leave the Cape for club teams, tournaments, and recruiting opportunities. Now, as I enter my senior year of college, I want to create those same opportunities closer to home and help young athletes develop their skills without having to travel off Cape.

At Rising Tide Lacrosse, we believe confidence begins with competence. Through high-quality coaching, purposeful practice, and a focus on fundamentals, we help athletes build the skills needed to succeed on the field. Our goal is not simply to create better lacrosse players, but to help every athlete discover what they are capable of achieving through preparation, repetition, and consistent effort. Whether a player is picking up a stick for the first time or pursuing higher-level opportunities, we are committed to helping them grow and reach their potential.

The lessons learned through sports extend far beyond the game. Through competition, athletes learn resilience. Through teamwork, they learn selflessness. Through challenges, they develop confidence and perseverance. We strive to create an environment where young people are challenged, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves. Our goal is to help athletes build the habits, leadership skills, and self-belief that will serve them not only in lacrosse, but throughout their lives.

Lacrosse has long been known as the "Medicine Game" because of its ability to bring people together and strengthen communities. At Rising Tide Lacrosse, we honor those roots by using the game as a vehicle for connection, belonging, and shared experiences. In a world where many young people spend less time outdoors and more time behind screens, we believe there is tremendous value in bringing athletes together to play, compete, learn, and build genuine friendships. Our mission is to help create a thriving lacrosse culture on Cape Cod where athletes, families, coaches, and future generations can connect, grow, and support one another—because a rising tide lifts all players.
