Development First
Built on the belief that being elite means doing the basics at an elite level, Rising Tide Lacrosse focuses on fundamentals, repetition, attention to detail, and confidence-building. Lessons that will follow our players past the lacrosse field and throughout life.
Community Driven
We chose Rising Tide because we know that the Cape Cod community was made by the tide, and we want our program to give back to and strengthen the community that has given so much to us. Rising Tide Lacrosse is built on the belief that great players and strong communities are developed the same way: through consistency, relationships, and a commitment to getting a little better every day.
Competitive Growth
We believe competition is one of life's greatest teachers. Through competition, athletes learn how to handle adversity, respond to challenges, and grow through both success and failure. Our goal is not simply to develop better lacrosse players, but to help young people build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-belief.

What started as a simple idea, to give local athletes more opportunities to learn, compete, and grow, has become something much bigger.
We're proud of what we've built so far, but even more excited about what's ahead. Our goal isn't simply to develop better lacrosse players. It's to help young people build confidence, create lasting friendships, and become leaders who make a positive impact wherever they go.
